2022年3月,李良教授團(tuán)隊(duì)將氟鈍化策略應(yīng)用拓展至團(tuán)隊(duì)所提出的鈣鈦礦量子點(diǎn)高溫固相合成法,提高了鈣鈦礦量子點(diǎn)的熱缺陷活化能,制備出兼具優(yōu)異熒光效率和抗光、化學(xué)及熱猝滅性的量子點(diǎn)熒光粉,相關(guān)研究成果以“Suppressing thermal quenching of lead halide perovskite nanocrystals by constructing a wide-bandgap surface layer for achieving thermally stable white light-emitting diodes”為題發(fā)表于Chemical Science (2022,13, 3719-3727)。該研究采用陰離子表面鈍化策略(包括F-離子,SO42-離子等)應(yīng)用于團(tuán)隊(duì)所創(chuàng)建的綠色高溫固相合成鈣鈦礦納米晶體系,在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)筑了穩(wěn)定的白光LED器件。近日,李良教授團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)一步利用氟離子抑制錫氧化合成出超穩(wěn)定的錫基無(wú)鉛鈣鈦礦,相關(guān)研究成果以“Stable Lead-free Tin Halide Perovskite with Operational Stability >1200 h by Suppressing Tin(II) Oxidation”為題在線(xiàn)發(fā)表于Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.期刊,并入選VIP論文。上海交通大學(xué)博士后張慶剛為論文的第一作者,孔龍助理研究員與李良教授為該論文的共同通訊作者。
