廣州乾泰化工紡織除油劑QT-0829具有優(yōu)良的乳化、分散潤(rùn)濕、滲透、凈洗的能力，它能有效去除各種纖維的不純物或加工過程中沾附的污物、強(qiáng)油污、紡紗油劑、機(jī)油對(duì)紡織品造成的油斑及其它污跡，有助于后續(xù)的染色和其他工序的整理。

【產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)】
1．適合于各種纖維，對(duì)污漬有較強(qiáng)的洗凈效果。
2．能有效地去除各種油斑、油跡，對(duì)高濃脂、難溶解油污的乳化，滲透分散力強(qiáng)。
3．對(duì)化學(xué)纖維在紡織中沾上的油質(zhì)，具有特殊的洗凈效果，還可以防止洗后再處理的白斑現(xiàn)象。
4．可有效地去除染缸中的污物及其油污的附著物。

【使用方法】
建議用量：1～3g/L 可根據(jù)織物實(shí)際情況酌情增減。
建議工藝：除油劑1～3g/L，98～100℃×40～60min → 排液 → 脫水 → 烘干 亦可在染色工藝中加入同浴處理。

Description
Textile Degreaser?? demonstrates excellent emulsifying, dispersing, wetting, penetrating, and detergency efficacy. It effectively removes impurities from various fibers, processing contaminants, heavy oil stains, spinning oils, machinery grease spots, and other soiling on textiles, facilitating subsequent dyeing and finishing processes.
